I am here 100%. I got one maybe.. I'll give him a call. I am excited because you can really work on team work, movement, room clearing, stacking up, (serpitane's) spelling?? and the such.. I am GTG and super excited. This is fantastic.. Great work has been done for this to pan out...

There.

If you don't have a legal AEG, just use a pistol, you'll be ok.

This needs to go to Events and clear out any threads for a game on the 31st.

Dont let the details slow you down. Anyone who has done CQB will tell you a Pistol will go a long way. As for the rules, they are a WIP, and with such short notice, expect some things to fall into a grey area.

Miller said he will go.

I will be there, but only to film to promote the new facility, if that's okay.

If I could borrow someone's gun that is below 350 fps, I will be able to come.

Because of the short notice - there is the idea being bounced around for allowing under 400fps. Keep in mind - unlike on a field where 405 and 406 will pass, this would not be the case. 350 is the goal. if you cannot come up with that in the weeks time, than 399 and under is acceptable. 400 and up would be a no go. We need people to show up for the training, we do not want to exclude anyone due to the short notice - but we do need everyone to be safe.

Bring what you have - something will be worked out - do not just miss this opportunity because your AEG of over 350. Pistols only work. There will be rental guns. Much of this is walk through training. But there will be plenty of shooting - this will not be dull with just standing around. Plus there will be the OPFOR, some distance shooting, some very fast moving stuff. So, for this event - Bring what you have, we will work things out.

It is HIGHLY suggested to get a FULL face mask. The rocket mask is good for field airsoft but for CQB there is still lots of exposed skin. If you have any interest in this sort of action - CQB - then put the money in a full coverage face mask with double thermal lens'. I have a fan installed in my JT mask and I have no fogging issues. This place will be warm to HOT. You will be sweating a TON.

You will need to drink lots of water. Because there will be plenty of breaks and switching out teams, a bottle will suffice. But have a way to refill it. Bring an extra gallon.

I wear a shemagh - to protect my neck. Once it gets sweat soaked - it will actually help keep you cool. Plus you can wipe your face with it. Just wash it first, a new one does not absorb sweat or water at all - plus it does not have the 'crinkled' look.

Gloves - a must for those knuckle shots.

Knee pads are good cause there will be lots if kneeling when trying to lay cover fire in the open areas.

Flashlights - when we kill the lights - it get dark fast.

-=Shameless plug=-

I am a JT dealer. If we want to do a group buy on masks, let me know.
